Quality Management System pursues the Customer satisfaction through the continuous improvement of Company process, products and services.
Cosmi S.p.A. sets as absolute priority the workers protection and health, the safety of industrial plants and the safeguarding of the environment.
In view of this Cosmi S.p.A. has implemented a Safety Management System and an Environmental Management System based on the identification and evaluation of the existing and potential HSE risks in order to improve the performances and reduce or remove risks situations at workshop, sites and yards.
Cosmi S.p.A.'s Safety Management System complies with Italian Law Decrees 626/94, 624/96 and 494/96 about health and safety matters.
Cosmi S.p.A.'s Environmental Management System complies with ISO 14001:2004 standard and is certified by RINa (Italian Register of Shipping) Certification Body for production site and yards since 2003.
The following cyclic structure: "plan>do>check>act" (also called "PDCA or Deming cycle") as proposed in ISO 9001 & ISO 14001's models is being followed in order to maintain a continuous improvement of each Management System.Download PDF - Quality policy
