The actual structure is the result of the expansion set in motion in 1986 with the establishment of a financial holding and a service company of the group which ensures since then rational management in terms of commercial, logistical and operational integration. The important technological know-how acquired and the ability to handle large scale projects have led Cosmi Group to the expansion into foreign markets.
