Cosmi is qualified for a wide range of welding procedure on carbon and alloy steel (UNI EN 15614-1, ASME IX, API 1104, AWS D.1.1)

To this aim Cosmi has implemented a Safety Management System and an Environmental Management System based on the identification and evaluation of existing and potential HSE risks in order to improve the performances and reduce or remove risky situations at workshop, sites and yards. Cosmi Safety Management System complies with Uni, Inail, Ispesl and welfare criteria guidelines.
Cosmi Environmental Management System complies with ISO 14001:2004 standards and is certified since 2003 by RINa (Italian Register of Shipping) Certification Body.
Company’s Environment and Health and Safety policies lay down the guidelines pursuing pollution prevention, environment protection and Health and Safety of workers.
Cosmi follows the cyclical structure: "plan>do>check>act" (also called "PDCA or Deming Cycle") as proposed in ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 models in order to maintain a continuous improvement of each Management System.
