This page describes the management modes of www.gruppocosmi.com (hereafter referred to as website) as to the processing of users personal data.

The IT systems and software procedures collect, as they operate this website, some personal data whose transmission is implied within internet communication protocols.

Cosmi collaborates different suppliers of selected services that integrate, facilitate and improve our own services.

 

These are hosting and co-location server services, communication, IT security, invoicing and payment processing, web analysis, session recording and remote access services, content suppliers and legal / financial consultants.

 

Those Third Parties may receive or access our Users’ personal Information, fully or partially, according to their particular roles and purposes with the aim of facilitating and improving our Services; they may use it only for this purpose.

 

Social Media features

 

Our website may include some Social Media features and Widgets, that is the Facebook “Like” and “Share” button or other interactive mini-programs.

These Social Media features may collect information such as the User’s IP address or the page that is being visited on our site and might install a cookie to allow the correct functioning.

 

Social Media features are hosted by Third parties. User interaction with these parties are regulated by their own policy and not by Cosmi policy.

Cosmi may disclose or allow access to User’s Personal Information in virtue of legal obligations such as a subpoena, a court case, a search warrant, a court order, or pursuant to applicable laws should it believe in good faith that the request is motivated by law, with or without prior notification to the User.

You can stop receiving it anytime by simply contacting us or clicking on the “Opt-out” button found in the Newsletter. Should the sending frequency be less than six months, you will receive a verifying notification asking whether you wish to opt-out.

Cosmi may contact you in case of important communications concerning the Services and their use.

 

For example, we may send a communication (via one of our available channels) if a specific Service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, for replies to queries or emails, send reminders or notices on the website use.

 

You cannot opt-out to these service messages.

 

 

 

How long do we keep the information?

 

We may keep your information as long as deemed necessary for the supply of our Services.

Right to complain

 

Those who claim that their personal data is processed in violation of the Regulation have the right to complain to the Guarantor, as required by art. 77 of the Regulation, or refer to the relevant judicial offices (art. 79 of the Regulation).
